How We Started

Compass Equipment started 15 years ago in Kelly Hadland‘s backyard. Back then we only offered one self erecting tower crane in the Arizona market. Fast forward through two moves and an amazing expansion to locations in California, Nevada, Texas and Colorado. Our commitment to product innovation, equipment rentals, parts, service, and material handling are valued throughout the Southwest today. Compass Equipment has grown a lot since we started in 2007, and we continue to focus on building relationships with our customers to be more than just an equipment rental company. We understand that in our industry issues sometimes arise, and we have a dedicated team of experienced professionals to react quickly when they do.
